Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return, refund, or cancel your purchase. Please review our Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy below:
1. Subscription Cancellation
a. Codegyan offers subscription-based services with various plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team.
b. Cancellation requests made before the next billing cycle will prevent any further charges from being applied. However, no refund will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
2. Online Course Refunds
a. If you are not satisfied with an online course purchased from Codegyan, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
b. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including your order information.
c. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any applicable transaction fees.
d. Once a refund is issued, your access to the course content will be revoked.
3. eBook Purchase Refunds
a. eBook purchases from Codegyan are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for eBook purchases once they have been downloaded or accessed.
b. If you experience technical difficulties with your eBook download or have other issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
4. Exceptions
a. In rare cases, Codegyan may choose to make exceptions to this policy for extenuating circumstances. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Codegyan.
b. Codegyan reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be available on our website.
